SHIPPING POLICY

ALL SALES FINAL. We do not offer refunds for returned items. No Exceptions.

Please read product descriptions for accurate dispatch dates: any restocking, delay updates or later dispatches will be in BOLD CAPITAL TEXT.

All IN STOCK orders are shipped within 48 hours from purchase. Do not order if you have not read the product description of the items you want. It will contain dispatch date information. Please read very carefully.

We can offer expedited shipping to most destinations for an additional fee depending on the shipping location - just email us with your order number to enquire.

Note: Please allow up to an additional 7 days to process any sale items or new releases. All sales final. Any applicable customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred upon delivery and will not issue refunds for orders not received due to unpaid duties.

We offer store credit or limited exchanges for garments that are unworn and in their original condition, within 14 days of receiving your purchase.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees. Exchanges are not guaranteed, as they are assessed on a case-by-case basis and determined by the available stock at the processing time.

RESTOCKS/LATER DISPATCH

All restocking or later dispatch items will have delivery information written in the description in BOLD CAPITAL TEXT - please read carefully. 

Any orders containing restock/later dispatch items will be sent together on the latest date listed. If you'd like to order both in stock and restock/later dispatch items and have the in stock items dispatched, please make two separate orders.
